Tenerife property still alive and kicking

The property market in Tenerife slowed down due to the economic crisis, but there is still hope as the market is recovering, albeit slowly.

A good friend of mine told me how his friend finally sold his house in Tenerife after 3 years on the market. In the end he got more money for the selling price as there were 4 bidders.

There is also a good range of New Developments in Tenerife with quality apartments and villas for sale now on the market and the interest from potential buyers is heating up!

Take a look at Mirador del Atlanico, built and sold by Gomasper, situated in a little village just above Los Cristianos in Tenerife.
They comprise of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments starting from as little as 107,000 POUNDS, thats 136,000 EUROS.

Here, take a look for yourself, there are also photos of the show apartment and views of the sea.
